We want to state that even though Dr. Robert Duncan admitted to alphabet agency affiliation and Bryan Kofron claimed he worked for a particular security company affiliated with a very well-known company, we here at Neuroethics Now we are are not blaming any specific individual, group, organization or company for what is happening to us and others around the world. We simply want to provide you with a few relevant videos and lectures and share our personal testimonies. Please watch this content with an open mind, and know we want nothing more than to bring the existence of this phenomenon to light. We have opted to blur ourselves out in the civilian panel to preserve anonymity, since we understand not everyone believes this is happening.  If we can reveal this to just a handful of people who don’t already know about, it will be worth all the money we have spent and time we have volunteered. Our non-profit has sent thousands of emails and social media connection requests to relevant professionals, including: human rights groups, civil rights attorneys, technology patent attorneys, Boston Bar Association, BCI companies, local legislators and labs and hubs at academic institutions with interdisciplinary studies of brain-computer interface, cybernetics, cognitive processing, AI, NeuroAI, neuroscience, neurotechnology, neurobiology, neurophotonics, nanotechnology, medical ethics, bioethics and neuroethics.
